I visited this restaurant for lunch and chose it because the drive-thru line was the shortest among several fast food options in the area. Now I understand why it had the shortest wait. Even with only a few cars ahead of me, I spent quite a bit of time waiting to reach the drive-thru window. When I finally did, I had trouble understanding the employee on the speaker, which might explain why my order was incorrect. Overall, my meal was disappointing. First, everything was lukewarm. Second, the fries needed more salt. Third, my sandwich was missing some toppings. Fourth, the bun was stale. Lastly, the mayonnaise on my sandwich had an off taste, as if it might be spoiled. The manager was actively working and her customer service was outstanding. I hardly ever review fast food restaurants, but I have to say that they accommodated all my requests for modifications without any issues. The friendly manager even wiped down my soda cup before handing it to me! On top of that, the food was the best fast food I've ever had. The fries were piping hot and the pickles on my sandwich were evenly distributed. It was truly the best fast food experience I've ever had.
Worst food. I asked for sauces they didn?t give it $20 worth of food and I got 2 sauces. I asked for more and he said no. I asked for not tomatoes and no ice in my drink. I got tomatoes in my sandwich and ice In my drink. Stay clear from this horribleplace. I will make sure I tell everyone about my experience.
Employee at the drive through very rude, messed up the whole order, and stingy about sauce. Upon arrival at my destination I was delighted to find out that everything I had ordered was incorrect. Never coming here again.

Customers of the establishment have not encountered any issues for quite some time. I visited last week around 10 PM, and the woman at the drive-thru was still polite and professional.
I just had breakfast with my husband during our trip, and both meals were absolutely perfect. This is by far the best Wendy's I've ever experienced!
New in town and this is a great location. It is always busy but line moves fast and employees are very friendly. Food is always hot and fresh.
4 for 4 was under portioned, barely any food. They didn't give any options for the main burger. The frosty was different but good though

Did not get what i ordered. Was in drive thru. 5:45pm Nov 5th. order taker had slight attitude. Very disappointed. Not going back
