I wanted to take a moment to commend the manager, Chevelle, at this restaurant. I recently lost my car keys and searched everywhere for them. Chevelle took the time to come and assist me, providing top-notch service. It's been a long time since I've seen such generosity and attentiveness towards customers. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the Cypress area. Thank you, Chevelle and staff, for the excellent hospitality and delicious food!
When I came to the window, I realized that I was a few mice short. I paid for what I had kept her the food for me, kept it super warm and I paid the rest when I came back while I got my remaining change I got a good certificate for something I ordered and felt I found the good certificate for the rest balance she gave me a free big frit. the server were super nice everyone was friendly and it was by far the best tasting wendy’s I had ever had
The service at this restaurant was terrible. Today, while I was eating, I accidentally dropped my wallet into the mud. I returned four hours later and neither the staff nor the manager were willing to assist me in finding it. I asked the manager twice to open the back dumpster so I could search for it, but they never returned to help. As a result, I had to spend $800 replacing my lost items because they refused to assist me.
My husband ate breakfast here and said the male bacon on his breakfast sandwich was amazing. The icky problem I had was that it was freezing inside the store. No heat? Brrrr! Réservez une table maintenant
We bought the large fries,jr. Bacon burger and the crispy chicken sandwich. Soggy and mushy fries and Wendy's large is half the size of McDonald's medium fries ? burger??
Food quality was on par with other Wendy's restaurants. The service was good and the staff was friendly.
Food always tastes pretty decent here for a Wendy's. Drive thru times are also generally quick.
