Wendy's in Plainfield, IN, has hired an exceptional staff member who provided outstanding service. I felt like I was dining at a high-end restaurant! This wonderful lady not only took our order but also inquired about my well-being and responded enthusiastically when I asked her about herself. She shared details in a polite and cheerful manner. Additionally, she was bilingual and asked if I spoke Spanish, effortlessly conducting the entire transaction in Spanish—quick, courteous, and precise. It was perfect service! The fresh fries were great, the nuggets were nice and crunchy, and the thick Frosty's were delicious. Overall, the quality of the food was impressive for a fast food place. I had a large order, and it was prepared quickly, even faster than I expected.
