With a line spilling out into Wyoming Street, the older gentleman who worked the intercom taking orders, very calmly walked out the back door, AFTER his head set was left uncharged for his shift, by the shift before him, with a pen and paper, and stood in the cold to take the customers and l orders and those of delivery drivers, calmly walked back inside after a few moments, input all the orders into their system, and didn't complain, cuss, or have a negative thing to say. THIS man deserves a raise. He clearly went above and beyond his job title to ensure the mistake of who was in charge of the shift prior to his, didn't reflect sales our orders of customers. The author was friendly, but during my 4th consecutive visit, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for my lukewarm meal. The burger was dry, the cheese was average, and the fries were burnt and not fresh. The only good part of the meal was the cola. The fact that there are no other options near the hospice where my mother is staying makes the experience even worse. I won't be returning, especially since the card machine is always out of order.
This restaurant used to be one of the best Wendy's around, but recently there have been some changes. I waited in line at the drive-thru, but when I received my food, the fries were dry and the Asiago sandwich was not as good as it used to be. I'm not sure if there is a new owner, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Some improvements need to be made.
I wish I knew it was good to eat. every time I come here at 11 o'clock after work, there is a new reason why they can't accept my order. the register have been dropped more than once, they only make prütze and door lock orders, there are people who clean the grill. I wish the manager or the company or someone would help this poor place.

Very polite while taking her order. We at Wendy's nearly live. And your Wendy's was much much better the food was better. In the one crazy thing the frosty was actually a Frosty not a chocolate drink like it is in Springfield on Columbia. You guys did a good job thank you.
The cashier insisted that I stand in line and reorder, even though I had already placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. His manager also confirmed this. To make things worse, they were out of frost and could not offer a refund. It was a long wait overall.
It was so gross in that place. The staff was rude af. I went at 9ish last night and I heard the men in the back making misogynistic jokes that were disgusting. I will never eat here again and I hope no one else does.

NEVER going back to this location for chili!!!!!! The meat looked like a whole patty that was simply tossed into the chili!!! Disgusting! I am in disbelief right now. I want my money back. I’m serious!
The food was fresh and good. The wait was a little longer than usual, but it was worth it because for fresh food.
