I mean this in the most sincere way, I could not tell if the night manager on August 25th, 2023 @10pm either had zero customer service skills, or the IQ of a lab rat. The man clearly could not receive information, process it, and conjure a unique sentence. He seemed like a man that was either broken down by life, or again, just really doesn’t have the intelligence to be in a managerial position. I wish him well, but refuse to ever step foot in this franchise location again with this quality of management. Shows incredibly poor taste on the franchisee for letting this person manage their business, and I just can’t support bad business practices.
I enjoy Wendy's, but my recent experience was just okay. We ordered a Biggie Bag, a 4 for 4, and a medium fry. They forgot to include the medium fries and the sauces we requested, so I went inside to ask for them. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, which was nice. Overall, it was an average visit, and I understand that some things can be overlooked, especially with staff shortages.
