I ordered 2 Apple Pecan Salads and they were awful. Not one pecan in either salad and about 2 or 3 pieces of apple. The first time I ordered it the dressing was a Champagne vinaigrette this time pomegranate. Nothing like the first one I got when they came out. The pay window was closed not marked to move up and someone inside yelled move up. The people inside seemed like they were all mad at each other. At the window, they just handed out the food and no thank you or come back nothing. I tried to complain on the site for that and it stated there was not a Wendys in Clayton. It is on the receipt address and store number. They don't even know where their stores are. It's. not the first time we...
Always mess up your order. needs closed down. terrible rude service. ordered a meal and did not get my fries. Tried this establishment again. absolutely f ridiculous. every single time they are out of coke because they 're lazy and don 't want to change a bag. Did not get the sandwich i ordered, and the one i got was cold. everyone is rude, don 't even say 'you 're welcome ' when you say thank you. i will say this again, this building needs closed down until someone with some actual work ethic and management ability wants to open something else up. i won 't give this wendy 's another chance. i hope it closes.
7pm Friday evening, all the lights were off including the sign and they appeared closed. However I pulled through the drive thru and they were open. I was the only car in line. Waited roughly 7 or 8 minutes. Which wouldn't be bad if the food was fresh. 44$ dollar bill and they forgot a good portion of our food and all the the buns were rock solid. I'm disappointed I have to give 1 star as they don't deserve even that.
Employees are less then friendly. Ordered frosties, the Employees shoved them out the window then quickly shut the window. No spoons or napkins. Wendy's is always a great place to go for a quick yummy meal. Unfortunately they are getting so expensive that you can almost go to a restaurant, sit down and be served a meal for as much as it costs at Wendys. 30 plus Dollars to feed 2 people. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The absolute worst Rudest service . After trying to get them to get our drive through order correct 5 times we drove off. Then an employee ran outside and yelled "mother F¥€king BI+CH 3 times as we drove off.
