Wendy's - Réservation de table

The woman at the counter with long eyelashes was extremely rude. She looked me straight in the eye and whispered something about me to the manager, clearly thinking I couldn't hear her. Then, she loudly claimed she wasn't someone who discriminates or disrespects, before taking my order with an unwarranted aggressive attitude. She wasn't wearing a name tag, or I would have provided her name. I rarely write reviews unless the service is either outstanding or terribly bad, and unfortunately, this falls into the latter category. It was a really disappointing experience.

We love Wendy’s lemonade and we just went there tonight, expecting greatness, and we waited at the window for 30 minutes and we ordered 2 large strawberry lemonades, only to be greeted with cups that look like they are full of bath water. They do not live up to our hopes and dreams. Extremely disappointed.

The experience was very inconsistent. I ordered a large seasoned fry but received a small instead. I requested a large coffee but was given a small. The bacon tasted more like ham, and the sausage muffin lacked any flavor. I might think twice before returning.

I had the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant, thanks to an employee named Juana/Rosey. Even though it was close to closing time, she provided us with excellent service—prompt and professional. Truly outstanding! Réservez une table maintenant

The lady that took my order was so nice and so funny at the window. This makes me want to drive 15 mins to come here every time even though I have one 5 mins from my house. The lady at the window had me and my daughter laughing.

The food was delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. We were a party of two adults and three kids, and we had a great experience overall.

Theres no management at this place, customers are being told to wait at the parking lot for their order and then get forgotten, waiting for 30 minutes plus for a simple order.
