I had a great experience with my first order from DoorDash. However, for my second order, they forgot the sour cream and butter for my baked potato. It was a bit annoying, but I let it slide. Then for my third order, they somehow prepared my burger without the actual patty—how do you miss the main component? My fourth order took an hour to prepare, even though it wasn't a busy time, and when it finally arrived, it was someone else’s order. Maybe they’ve changed staff since my first order, but honestly, what is going on, Wendy's? This location is terrible.
I ordered a fish sandwich at the drive-thru, and when I got home to eat it, I found that the fish was overcooked and dry. I called Wendy's and ended up leaving a voicemail with my name and phone number, mentioning that I would like a better fish sandwich. This incident occurred on May 10, 2024.
