Line is wrapped around the building. Indoors is locked so you are forced to go through the drive-through even though you are picking up a Door Dash order. You wait 25 minutes until you even get to where you can order and then no one acknowledges your existence… for 10 minutes.. I have 6 drinks to hold for a door dash with no cup holders after I ask. Food Ice cold. And now I’m driving to this poor persons house with cold food and drinks spilled over my car. Also half of the drinks had no lids? Very weird…Never picking up from this place again. God awful. Also there is a random little kid in the front window that is taking the money. I can bet all my money this kid is 10-13 years old. Not even...
Longest wait I've had at a drive-through since the 45 minute wait I had at a McDonald's years ago. It was about 35 minutes to order and at least another 15 minutes between paying and getting my food. I had a great view of the workers, none of whom had gloves, few had restrained hair, 3 or 4 of them were standing around eating and filling personal drinks from the half empty soda machine machine, while one or two were looking annoyed. Not sure what was taking so long and the food wasn't particularly hot when it read finally handed out. They used to do better than that.
The food was okay, but when we ordered 3 frosties, we waited for acknowledgement, but the cashier walked away while we were still asking. After a few minutes, something else caught our attention and we reminded them about our order. We eventually received the frosties and left, but in the car, we realized they were more like cold chocolate cream. They were so diluted that we ended up throwing them away. It seemed like they knew they were selling subpar frosties because they were surprisingly light, almost empty.
This Wendy's location was the worst ever. My order was completely wrong and my sandwich was not even fully cooked - the shredded cheese on it was not melted. I didn't receive any condiments, and even the chocolate chip cookie was not up to par, tasting more like a hard meal biscuit. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. If they can't get an order right through a fast food screen, how can they be trusted to cook at home?

It wouldn’t be so bad if they could get an order right at least every now and then, but that’s not ever happening . Maybe if the manager could get them to put down their phones while they work, it would help. But again … it’s not ever happening . This place is a disaster . Tried to give them several chances , but they consistently blow it . Try Arbys next door. At least you’ll get what you order …
Line was wrapped around the building, even past where you exit drive thru but staff was not concerned or friendly. Took 20 minutes to go from 1 car before you can order to getting the food. Same experience on a precious visit. Meanwhile across the street, people were flying through the Dairy Queen line.
would not recommend this wendy, they get their order wrong 40% of the time and from what they want 50%. there is a 10% chance to get what they want, although if they go at the end, there is a chance to get what they want. but this is only mine and the experience of my family with this place.
Employees don’t even say hello when you say hi. Ordered our food, they didn’t even put tomatoes on my chicken sandwich. Just ignorant people. Never again.
