I am an Admin with Neighbours in Need and This specific location allowed us to host our 3rd Annual Christmas Miracles Stuff a Truck Event. They were very humble and extremely kind to us. Myself and another Admin, Cortney Barber, went into eat, they were so pleasant...asking how we were doing ans even got some Wendy's Gift Cards from some customers and staff. Thanks so much again.Parking: Seeing we had quite some room taken up with the bus and some decorations, there was still no trouble with parking. ?
While the food consistently meets my expectations, the service falls short. My fiancé waited for at least 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker to retrieve our prepaid breakfast order. Frustrated by the delay, she decided to go inside, only to find a group of teenagers more focused on their phones than on serving customers. This situation has left me quite upset, and I hope management addresses this unacceptable behavior. If I decide to go to Wendy's in the future, I will probably avoid this location.
3pm on Feb 12 2023, 20 minutes to wait at the drive through where cluster of under trained employees were simply standing there and repeating 'just a second '. This is a fast food joint and people have expectation of 5-10 minutes waiting at drive through. Pay your employees and train them on customer service!
Every time you go there there is ALWAYS 3-5 employees standing in the 1 drive threw area talking gossip etc. Or always someone there on there cell phone texting away.It's a bad look. And since it happens so much I only assume the management allows it.It's odd...

The manager was unhelpful and did not address the situation at all. The service was incredibly poor; we waited in line for 15 minutes, only to be told they were closed, despite having been in line long before their closing time.
Foods great. Service is great we always come back even when it's busy! We got the best matinence staff honestly would recommend as a customer but also as an employee great crowd ?
It’s Wendy’s, but it’s connected to a Tim Hortons.. so that’s a benefit. It will likely be very busy between 1130-1pm because it’s close to an industrial park and a high school.
One of my favorite takeout spots! Dave's burgers are incredibly fresh and delicious, and the service was lightning fast!

Wendy's offers the best salads and fries. I visit frequently, and they even provide senior discounts.
Breakfast at kenmount location good. Jr bacon ? extra junior now.
