Hello everyone,With all the rants and raves regarding our Sheridan Wendy's, I bring you another rant over the service and quality of Wendy's.I was pleased to see the service time for our order was speedy; however, Wendy's did not put bacon on both of the Bacon double-stack cheeseburgers we had ordered. When bringing up the baconless burgers, Wendy's staff ignored me until I spoke up. I was blamed for the inconvenience of them having to remake the burgers.Our friend who ordered right after us had to experience a longer wait to receive his Baconator burger.In conclusion the food was unappealing.I hope to see Wendy's hire more competent staff in the future.
Online and DoorDash orders take priority over walk-ins. There were only three people ahead of us in line, but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to place our order after one group decided to leave. It seems more sensible to find a decent place to sit and enjoy quality food rather than standing in what seemed like a slow-moving restaurant. When we walked in, the cashier was focused on processing DoorDash orders, while customers inside were largely overlooked.
Ordered through door dash and order showed up with missing items.Last time I was physically in the store myself and one other customer had to wait because the cashier was swamped with door dash orders and just standing at the register saying I 'm sorry doing nothing. Apparently their door dash orders are priority, not!Also their phone just gives a busy dial tone.
We have given so many passes. Near every order something is wrong or missing. Now we are missing the pecans in the apple pecan salad. We obviously will be ok without it, but it’s really frustrating to have these problems continually occurring.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is quite disorganized and seems to lack effective management. The cashier at the front was struggling and needed assistance, as they were quite overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them.
I worked there no ones freindly only a few the food is never fresh they dont treat employees right and im 17 and did more the most managers and night crew no one should work here 0/10 will not
If u like crackheads and inbred children to make your food I came to the right place, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Unfortunately I can’t give 0
Messed up our order, meals were put together very poorly, close this place down do us all a favor

I often receive the wrong items in my order, and the service is very slow about half the time.
Messed up order and giggling going on when should be working on orders.
