Wendy's - Réservation de table

I don't typically write reviews for fast food places, but my recent visit to this Wendy's was so impressive that I felt it deserved an exception. The service was outstanding—quick, friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I was particularly impressed to see the manager actively assisting the staff. We chose to dine inside because the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the cozy booths made for a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this was one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had.

The restaurant has a clean environment. The service wasn’t rude, but it also felt a bit lacking, likely because it was quite busy with the drive-thru management seemingly more focused on entertaining the kids in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the front cashier had to handle everything on her own. Unfortunately, the food has changed over the past year and no longer agrees with our family.

My mother visited the drive-thru and informed the staff about her dairy allergy. She specifically requested that they change their gloves while preparing her burger and asked for no cheese to be added. However, they ended up putting cheese sauce on the burger, even though that burger isn’t supposed to have cheese sauce in the first place.

The manager displayed unprofessional behavior and even encouraged the staff's poor attitude towards my friend's mother. We were subjected to name-calling, which felt very personal. The service was terrible, the food was subpar, and the entire experience was disappointing. I sincerely hope the manager is terminated! Réservez une table maintenant

This place serves the best Frostys and fries anywhere! They’re always consistent, and the staff is super friendly! The new Caramel Apple Frosty with extra caramel is absolutely divine! How many Frostys did we enjoy this summer? A ton! Just look at the pile of trays! Hahaha!

I was served by a cheerful young woman named Tracey who took my order. Thank you, Tracey, for being friendly and smiling when we reached your window. That kind of positivity is important to me when placing and receiving my order.

Everything was served hot and fresh. The only downside was that I found them a bit stingy with the cheese sauce on my baked potato; I think I ended up with more bacon than cheese.

The drive-thru took over 20 minutes for me to place my order and get my food, despite there being only a few cars in front of me. Additionally, the fries were excessively salted. Réservez une table maintenant

The tables were very dirty, and there were many employees standing around who could have been cleaning. However, the food was excellent.

It's generally quite good. Occasionally, they don't quite hit the target, but that's to be expected with fast food.
