I visited the drive-thru today around 5 PM and ordered a couple of burgers, some fries, and a water. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that one of the orders of fries was missing when I got home to have dinner with my mother. We only received one order instead of two. The food itself was good—hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was friendly, but I felt the prices were a bit high. It would be beneficial for them to double-check orders to make sure everything is included before handing them out. Overall, it was a decent experience, and there was plenty of parking available.
This isn't the first incident I've experienced at this location, and I can't help but wonder if the staff might be taking food for themselves. They had a poor attitude and showed no remorse for their mistake. I would strongly advise against visiting this Wendy's unless you want to be shortchanged and treated poorly. As a single father, I shouldn't have to spend over $30 for subpar food only to have part of my order missing and deal with unprofessional staff.
This Wendy's location is quite remarkable. The building is spacious and appears to be newly constructed, offering plenty of seating. The restrooms are consistently clean as well. The food was enjoyable, but what really impressed me was the exceptional service. When I was mistakenly charged twice for my order, the manager promptly and effectively resolved the issue and issued a refund. I would definitely return to this location without hesitation.
The taco salad was good. I really love it. Compared to the last one I had at another Wendy's, there was not as much lettuce. The service was great! Very friendly courteous. The food court was clean. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10

During my recent visit, a staff member at the drive-thru had difficulty understanding my family's straightforward order and appeared quite confused. Unfortunately, we didn't receive all the items we had paid for, and we also did not get a receipt.
I visited the restaurant during a busy time while attending a CPR class. Despite the crowd, the staff were quick, friendly, and precise with our orders. Additionally, there was plenty of seating available.
I experienced fast and courteous service during my visit. The only drawback was the wait for the potato, which took a bit longer than anticipated. On the positive side, they even let me serve my own drink!
Please explain why the grilled chicken wrap has changed from a once-delicious masterpiece into a bland dish that is overly salty and lacks substance! What happened?

The food was fantastic and truly captured the essence of a delightful dessert. I tried both the vanilla and chocolate flavors, and they were both outstanding.
The food is excellent, but the overall restaurant experience has changed quite a bit. I really miss the '80s vibe and prices—those were the days! Haha!
