Wendy's - Réservation de table

Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain, and throughout our travels, it has never disappointed—except for the Franklin location in Cambridge. This particular store is a definite NO. After eating there, both my husband and I felt unwell, and I'm still not feeling quite right a day later. The restaurant was dirty, including the entrance doors, ordering kiosks, and soda stations. The bathroom was absolutely uninviting. There were numerous red flags everywhere. If they can't maintain the visible areas, I can't even imagine what the unseen parts must be like.

My initial experience with mobile ordering was quite disappointing. Although the app was easy to navigate, things got complicated when I arrived. I chose to go through the drive-thru, hoping it would be straightforward. However, when I got to the pickup window, I felt utterly overlooked. The wraps I ordered were the worst I've ever had. I recommend focusing on what you do best: the burgers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order took a long time to arrive, and the staff seemed poorly trained and disorganized. The customer service left much to be desired. I just wanted to treat my granddaughter to her favorite chicken strip combo! While the food was enjoyable, the unprofessional behavior of the staff really overshadowed the meal.

I truly appreciate that breakfast is included on the menu. While the drive-thru service was a bit slow, my order was accurate, and the food was not only visually appealing but also tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee, even though I’m not fond of the cup it came in. Overall, well done, Wendy's! Réservez une table maintenant

It had been some time since our last visit, and we were thoroughly pleased. The wings were exceptional—crispy with just the right level of spiciness! The fries arrived hot, and the pitas complemented the four-cheese dip perfectly. Our server, Abigail, was warm and attentive. I’m really looking forward to coming back!

My family has started visiting this restaurant for Saturday breakfast, and the biscuit sausage is simply delightful—just like a classic Southern biscuit. My wife loves the breakfast baconator, and she says the coffee is similar to what you’d find at Tim's. I definitely recommend this place!

I ordered six chicken nuggets and a root beer. To use the self-serve soft drink dispenser, you need to scan a QR code with your phone. I preferred not to do that, so I asked a staff member at the counter to make my drink, and she graciously agreed. The chicken nuggets were acceptable.

The establishment was quite dirty and not well-maintained. Additionally, the drive-thru service was sluggish; we were often asked to pull into a parking spot and wait around 10 minutes for our order to be prepared.
