Do not ever go to this location My mother who died 2 months ago who was 76 stop eating there and the reason for that is because she found hair in her last two hamburgers I just left there I pulled over to try to eat a chicken sandwich and I broke part of my tooth off so I'm going to get an attorney to sue for the damages for a crown for my tooth This is one of the most horrendous Wendy's in the upstate. The food has always been good here. The staff are friendly. I always choose to go to this Wendy?s even if I have to pass another one on the way. The milkshake machine is never down, which is a plus seeing that I love milkshakes. Well, ?frosty? shall I say. Vanilla or the new strawberry!

The drive thru Lady named Brittney was the best she made me smile and her smile was from heaven we need more people like her in customer service I just go to see her n feel special now...lol and I love how she has the same name as me

Worst experience tonight at the Berea location. Took forever to get our food and so many people waiting. Employees looked like deer in headlights! Got home and half the food was wrong. Wendy's has gone downhill! Stay away. Réservez une table maintenant

Initially, the staff member was somewhat rude, but she redeemed herself when we came to the window to pick up our food. I've been visiting this Wendy's for quite a while and usually don’t encounter any issues.

Fast and fresh. I am a fan of the apple pecan salad and my tea was sugar free as requested (never guaranteed even when the screen is right).

Service was fast. Our food was hot and made correct. Resturant was clean and organized. The parking lot could be bigger in my opinion.
