The food was amazing as always, taste the same in every place. Although I asked the worker at the window several times for barbecue and she assured me it was already in the bag, I then got home and was unable to eat any of my fries because I do not like ketchup. This Wendy’s is always very stingy with their sauces, I have never had this happen in any other Wendy’s after 100+ orders. And to top it all off I asked for Normal Coke and received Diet Coke. Normally everything is good service clean no issues,unfortunately on this early Thursday morning Nov.9@ 6:30am) I want the biggie breakfast so I got it. As I arrived at work and layer m6 food out coffee sandwich unwrapped I proceeded to dumb my What is to be the best home price ever) there was a wad of black hair entangled with my fries. I call back all while gagging) and the general manager offers an apology and and refund and a truly unempathetic explanation that it probably was her hair as if that should appease me. I could careless if it was Jesus hair I don't want to ingest it. It's been along time since I worked fast food but aren't hair nets a requirement.
The restaurant consistently forgets your sauce about 70% of the time. There's no option for customization, and they don't accommodate special requests to remove ingredients you don't want from sandwiches. You can only choose a small combo, which is quite limiting.

The quality of the food and service has declined over time, and the soda tasted awful—I couldn't even drink it because of the strange flavor.
The staff is friendly, and the service is quicker and more precise than at most fast food restaurants. Plus, it’s not as crowded.
The Grilled Chicken Wrap was decent, but the Pineapple Mango Lemonade was a bit too tart for my taste.
Store was out of Oatmeal Bar. Grilled Chicken Wrap was good. Strawberry Frosty was kinda melted.
