I spent two years ordering the same meal, a spicy chicken sandwich combo with cheese. They always charge for the cheese but never include it on the sandwich. The only time I actually received the cheese, the chicken was tough and the cheese was cold. So, I decided to switch to the #1 large combo and ended up with two different sizes—one medium and one large. To top it off, the Sprite was flat. I'm really frustrated with this place. They can change management, but the staff needs to get the orders right. I might have to come back in 2022 to see if they finally improve.
My coworker and I found ourselves in a situation with a complicated order late at night (10:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve), but the two ladies at the drive-thru were incredibly professional and polite. The older woman who took our complicated order kept a calm tone and didn’t show any irritation, which really impressed me. We made sure to express our gratitude for their exceptional service. I stopped here 11/23/22,ordered single everything but no tomato with ex.mayo ketchup,mustard on burger. Meat was severely over cooked cheese was on bottom of meat and not even melted. I lifted meat patty and cheese stayed with the bun. In disgust Icircled back and returned sandwich for a refund. Why let someone who approved sending me that mess remake a sandwich forme..Consistency is what I expect. Last week my burger was great. Consistency CONSISTENCY PLEASE!
The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu. They mentioned an item that wasn’t listed on the outside menu board, which caused some confusion. I had to get out of my car, climb over the counter to show it to them, pay, and then retrieve my own change. They handled it better after that, but it was frustrating to have to inform them about what they actually sell.

Food was mid. Made everyone wait forever as if they don?t sell food. Don?t even get me started on the service. I could talk to a brick wall and get treated better. Expecting to get spit in my food next time.
Stopped for a late breakfast with a neighbor before heading home. If you know me, you know I judge by appearance, taste, and temperature—and this place nailed all three! I’ll definitely be back.
The service was friendly, but the fries were small and cold. The best part was the nuggets. I ordered lemonade with it, and the total came to $4.97, so be prepared for that.
Quick and nice service. Food was good. Spicy chicken nuggets and Ghost Pepper Ranch are yummy.
