First, let me say I'm pretty generous with my reviews. I have quite a few good ones, very little bad ones, so when I post a bad review, believe me, they deserve it. So that being said, I went to Wendy to get my kids the new sponge bob krabby patty meals, so I asked the young lady if they were available and she said no so I said can you check and she said yes we do so I said ok ill take it so she asked me what is your drink now the meal comes with a signature pineapple drink so I said the pineapple drink it comes with she said ok then she said oh we don't have the pineapple drink so I said ok then she said we don't have the krabby patty so at this point I was getting upset but I kept my cool...
The bathrooms were discusting. They stuffed toilet paper in the middle of the cracks in the bathroom and it smelled like rotten food. We ordered food through the drive thru to get back on the road. Ordered spicy nuggets with 4 ghost pepper sauce and a diet dr pepper. Got original nuggets. No sauce and no drink.i got 3 kids meals. Non of the correct sauce. My husband got a mushroom baconator which came out fine. We stopped through traveling a 13 hr drive. 11 more to go. When calling to let them know. They demanded we come back. Literally just left the drive thru and the employee didn't greet me back, he handed me my food rather aggressively and when i asked if that was everything, he slammed the window in my face. All Spanish staff. Everyone stares at you when you order and there's no communication or greetings. There were atleast 20 to 25 working in the kitchen at once.
