Stopped by for a quick bite to eat this last Saturday night. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We pulled up to drive thru only to discover that they couldn't take any cards, only cash. So, my husband and I went inside to order. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order. We had only ordered two small fries, nuggets, and hamburger. It seemed as if there were too many people behind the counter who did not know what each individual was doing. I don't know if I can give this to Wendys an honest review. I work here. But if I come back to work after I put 5 stents in my heart, I am the one who makes the cookies, your sausages and eggs, the cookies and your breakfast chicken. I have to do all this before 6:30. I'll have to prepare for lunch at 10:00. Let me just say I'm on my legs for 9.5 hours without a lunch break. I have a GoFundMe account setup in my name that says to pay my rent and other bills. Let’s be honest, we all make mistakes from time to time, right? I didn’t double-check my order at the drive-thru, and when I returned to the office, I discovered it was incorrect. I decided to go back to get it sorted out, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even offered me a cookie as an apology and gave me fresh fries (which I had already eaten half of during my drive). They took care of correcting my order right away. So, I’ll deduct 1 point for the initial mix-up, but I’ll give them 4 points for the excellent service afterwards.
Let's admit we're all making mistakes, right? Well, I didn't check my order on the ride and when I came back to the office, it was wrong. So I went back to fix it, and they were super nice about it, gave me a cookie as an excuse and fresh pommes (I ate half of me on the drive to/from), and fixed the order. So -1 for the mix, and 4 for the great service afterwards.

3 o'clock on Saturday. eating was not fresh. no one was in the line, but from what reason this place decided to give me a chicken sandwich with fries that were held out for God knows how long. and these clowns have the boldness to cry about people who do not want to work or not in the position to hire someone.
Quick drive thru Wendy?s, the staff were friendly and very quick to process the drive thru order. Prices were reasonable and quality was as expected.
