I really enjoyed this restaurant, but during my last visit, I placed an order in advance and my payment was deducted. However, when I arrived to collect my order, I was informed that the items were not available. It was disappointing that my money had been taken without the items being available. I had to wait until the next day to be refunded, and the staff did not seem very concerned about the situation.
Absolutely shocking service. All they are bothered about is online orders. They eventually toke my order after 10 mins waiting. Then proceeded to make me wait for 30 mins. They kept on running out of chips. To busy doing doing online orders and ignoring customers in front of them. I will not be returning.
Easily the worst chip shop in Kettering, I’ve never had a correct order from them and not only that they make it impossible for you to contact them and let them know your order is wrong. Anyone who has left more than a 1* review is lying this chippy is abysmal! Awful food and customer service!
They couldn't even get the order right to save their lives. This is easily the worst fish and chip shop within a 75-mile radius or more. The chips were soggy, undercooked, and cold, and the fish was chewy and nasty. Considering the high prices they charge, this place gets a huge thumbs down! Réservez une table maintenant
I've have just has a disgusting meal from Werringtons, the cheesy chips there was 12 chips. the w x fish and chips were so greasy the batter was stuck to the paper and the batter was rock hard and the chips were cold 19.00 that cost me and it was that bad we couldnt even serve it to the dog.
Couldn’t fault the burgers, but when I pay £4.00 for chips, I expect them to look and taste like chips. Not recycled left overs. We order online quite regularly and we are always impressed with the quality of the chips. But not today, worst ever.
This is my second time experiencing being overcharged and encountering staff with limited knowledge of the menu. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant. 0 stars.
Used Just eats to order meals. Opted for 3 pieces of chicken with chips for both of us. It arrived forthwith, still nice and hot. It was so tasty. Recommended! Réservez une table maintenant
Check your order before you leave! Just paid for three fish, chips and peas and got home to find only two bits of fish. Completely unacceptable.
