West River Cookhouse

We have been here several times now. This is a real GEM! The food and service are outstanding. I've had their specials and now the Greek Salad (meal). My husband who is very plan and is hard to please, loves everything he has had. He had the fish and chips this time and was very happy. A place that is absolutely worth visiting with friends, and family. You won't be disappointed.

I just had the best pasta dish I’ve had in a long time. It was one of the specials which was fettuccine in a mushroom sauce with beef tenderloin and mushrooms. It was the perfect serving of al dente pasta, just the right amount of sauce and the beef and mushrooms were very tender. I enjoyed every bite. My husband had the hot beef sandwich and he also thoroughly enjoyed his meal.

We ordered steak and it was delicious, cooked just like we like it well-done, which is hard to get from a restaurant and it w as really tender! We took out because my hubby hasn't been well (not Covid). It was ready right on time and the price is reasonable!!

Saw the good reviews and decided to bring my family here for dinner. It did not disappoint. Service was great and the food delicious. Tonight's schnitzel special was the perfect plate of comfort food.

We took out some lunch today. Loved my club sandwich, which came with two sides. My husband's burger was very good, too. Everything tasted super fresh and was nicely prepared.
