Western Bagel - Réserver une table

Haven 't been to this location but used to go to the one on Sepulveda years ago when we lived walking distance from it! Finally got the chance to check this location out a few days ago and probably went at a perfect time. I overheard some of the other customers talking about how the line usually wraps around to the end of the room where the restrooms are. Luckily we were second in line when we got there and already knew what we wanted. I noticed their list of coffee brews for the day and asked the young worker about the Hawaiian hazelnut and if it had macadamia in it or what made it Hawaiian and he had no clue and had to ask someone in the back. Been a while since I've gone. I would always to to the Van Nuys location. Came into today. And didn't like the manager on duty. Didn't catch her name but she was short and wearing glasses.Unprofessional to her staff and demanding things from them. She made one employee put Splenda and utensils and I over heard her and when he finished she said that's wasn't what she asked for. Definitely not coming to anytime son if management can't treat there staff Correct.

Honestly F this location. Put in an order the day before for a work function. Go to pick it up and they lost the order, NO apologies, NO effort to make it right. The manager was rude and dismissive. Pass on choosing this location for your large orders.

Horrible service!! They insult their customers openly in front of everyone! Low quality bagels! And their small bagel is cost way more than anywhere!!I’d suggest not supporting this business at all!

This restaurant is in a great location, but the service is very slow. Every time I go there, the line is out the door.
