On Friday 10/13, myself and about twenty other customers waited over 40+ minutes to receive our to-go orders. The line was out the door, and inside people crunched in. Small pizza was put out as sort of a sorry , but It would have been more appropriate for you to hand out vouchers for future orders, or discounts for the orders you did not have ready. A small pizza is not really helpful when people are waiting to pick-up food and to go home and eat with their families. I understand maybe you had staffing issues or what not, but you were so far behind that management really needed to damage control and make it right in the appropriate way. This was a horrible experience. I ordered a cheese and sausage pizza. After 45 minutes I received a cheese pizza. I spent 9 minutes arguing that I had not received the right pizza. They said the correct pizza would be there in 40 minutes. I called after an hour. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I was disconnected. I was out after they finally delivered the pizza 2 hours and 30 minutes later after my initial order. Are you kidding me . Service: Delivery
I ordered The Lou and was disappointed that it was $40 for a large deep dish that had the thinnest layer of cheese, no noticeable butter dough and barely any sauce. Not sure if they had a different chef but the pizza tonight was very bland. No flavor at all. So disappointed and for the price. I’m not even going to eat the leftovers. The last few slices are going right to the trash. Sucks for a $50 pizza. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was picking up an order and those ladies got a very bad actitud for me, they didn’t want to check my order until I asked them a few times, bad service

They gave me a pickup time and when I arrived, they had me wait another 45 minutes ontop of that. You're wasting people's time.
So flippen good ... anytime I'm in Chicago I must get pizza and this place was delicious
