Wie jedes Jahr war unser Besuch im Schlosshotel Herborn wieder ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die Gastfreundschaft und das herausragende kulinarische Angebot habe ich in den letzten Jahren vermisst, da unsere Familie kein Treffen in diesem Rahmen mehr durchführen durfte (Corona lässt grüssen). Umso mehr freute es mich, dass es dieses Jahr wieder stattfinden konnte und das Team und das Ambiente unverändert perfekt geblieben ist. Kulinarisch hat sich das Schlosshotel und die Westerwald-Stubb in den 3 Jahren durchweg positiv neu erfinden können. Ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr.

In diesem Jahr gab es nur wenige Highlights; die schönsten waren die kulinarischen Spitzen der Westerwald Stubb. Die Speisen waren allesamt sehr gut zubereiten und auf den Punkt gegart. Viel Freude hat uns auch der Abholservice im Lockdown gemacht. Ohne diese tollen Speisen wäre es sehr trist gewesen. Auch der super Service im Restaurant haben wir sehr genossen. Die Weinempfehlung hat immer gepasst. Réservez une table maintenant

What more do you want? I can only say positive. From kitchen to service to furnishings. It is paid attention to professional work but not cramped but with a lot of feeling for detail. Absolutely successful and we like to come back.

Goods in the Westerwaldstube. The food and service is just great. Too bad it was just so little. Maybe it was the day and time. But a visit is definitely worth it.
