Westies Bar & Bistro

Westies bar and bistro has had a revamp of sorts lately. They have an all new menu with member specials available. There’s a good selection on the menu and the food is reasonably priced. We went the chicken schnitzel with chips, pretty standard for a schnitzel but filled me up. There’s a good selection on the menu and if you head there Friday night you might even be able to take home a meat tray!

Normal deep fried stuff, but the place is clean, the staff are friendly. The dining room is freakin' bright - maybe for the oldies to read the menus. But it's a nice out of the way location (that shits all over the Rex hotel).
