Great on the exterior but at closer glance not so much... was here 11/5/22 11/6/22 The hotel is definitely decent and (MOST) of the staff is very nice. However, it's not as clean and the service isn't as good as one would hope for this particular hotel. Came here with a large travel group (about 30 40 people). The hotel was ready for us upon arrival. The keys to our rooms were ready and we were able to go straight to our designated rooms. The hotel has a nice lobby, seemed clean, had a restaurant and bar and nice decor. The location of the hotel is off the beaten path... there is nothing within walking distance, so if you go... come with a vehicle or plan to use ride share services if needed...
This was a disappointing stay. I have always associated the Westin with luxury. This particular location missed the mark. We spent four nights at this hotel. The main lobby and room were nicely decorated. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned very thoroughly though. There were hairs and water on the floor when we arrived. This made us question how clean the rest of the space really was. They replaced the White Tea Aloe toiletries they usually carry with generic dollar store offerings. Their signature scent that usually fills the hallways smelled off too. It was like perfume mixed with carpet mold or something. Cleanliness is a MUST when it comes to hotels!! The entrance was clean and tidy, very modern. Once we got to our room 323, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though this is a non-smoking facility and there are signs that clearly indicate that this is a smoke-free hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also. The room could use a thorough cleaning. It just wasn't really clean. The bathroom floor was still dirty and needed to be swept, there was debris behind the bathroom door. I had to clean the floor myself. The shower fixtures were not clean they still had hand prints and soap residue from the previous guests, The bed frame and chaise lounger had stains. The pool, pool...
Of course it's the Westin, it's perfection. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating, very kind. The restaurant and bar is amazing. I just stayed here for one night, but I have stayed here before. It is so comfortable and so beautiful. I headed to the bar after I checked in and the bartender was so nice, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He gave me a few glasses of wine at happy hour prices even though it was after happy hour. The bar is spotless, they have a really good drinks, really good wine. I ordered some calamari and it was good. I was supposed to stay here for 2 weeks. I travel a lot for work and love the mattress in Westins. I pushed through the first week and bounced. The maid service was awful. It was like pulling teeth to get them to even clean my room and when they did it they forgot to replace dirty towels and glasses. Twice I had to go down to the desk to grab towels and hand soap. Charge for parking in the middle of nowhere! Say what? It's just absurd. There was no Executive Club? Why? The restaurant was sub par, very limited menu. I'm pissed because I like Westins but I will never stay at this location again.
We stayed here six times during Covid until July 2024. The pool has been out of order since Covid, and there are too many people smoking (both weed and cigarettes) inside the hotel. The carpet is so old that it’s screwed down to keep it intact. Parking is terrible when there’s an event; it’s odd that they always turn off the lights in the parking lot when it’s full. The baseboards and wall panels are damaged on every floor. Some rooms are quite humid and have a moldy smell, and they aren’t very clean either. In summary, this place does not live up to the Westin name; it is substandard.
Upon entering my room, I discovered that two of the lamps were not working, the lounge chair looked stained and rather unappealing, and oddly enough, there was FINESSE shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—I didn't even know that brand still existed. To top it off, the comforter was torn and the stuffing was coming out. Overall, it just wasn't what you would expect from a Westin hotel.
The one redeeming factor, which seems to be a consistent highlight, is the comfort of the beds—they remained as cozy as ever.
Tried it out again and had a much nicer almost weeklong stay. Everything seemed to be back in order. Great smell was back. Super comfy bed. Fully functioning toilet. Fabulous breakfast buffet and omelette station with wonderful service. Great home away from home.

This place literally had a handful of folks and the two waitresses were slow as molasses and a bartender. This is about the worse service I've had in a while. I literally had the Crab Chowder and Cobb Salad. It took about 1 1/2 to complete the service.
