I went to Whole Foods today to get a few essential things. It's a weird time in the world right now, the other customers were uneasy and it was obvious. What I found most comforting was the staff at this supermarket. They were smiling, helping all of the panicked customers, they were calm. I ended up dropping a jar of salsa and I felt terrible because it's just another thing to add to the craziness. A girl at customer service and a girl in the beauty department both came over, assured me not to worry about it, cleaned it up instantly and then got me a new jar without me even asking.
