To my surprise, I received a notification that same day stating that FedEx had already picked up the order and it would be delivered by the end of the day Thursday. I was impressed by the quick service! However, on Thursday, I got a notification that FedEx had delayed the shipment, and it wouldn’t arrive until Friday. I let our friends know about the delay and also informed What A Crock. They promptly emailed me back, apologizing and assuring me that the food would still be fine upon arrival, and they encouraged me to reach out if there were any issues.

I have ordered from What A Crock several times. They are a lifesaver during busy sports seasons, when recovering from surgery, and when remodeling my kitchen. The chicken marsala and the sausage meatballs are fantastic. I don't eat red meat, but the rest of my family really likes the Uptown Beef Stew. I always have at least one of their meals in my freezer. These meals have very little salt in them so can be bland if you don't adjust it. I actually prefer it that way, so that we can salt to taste. I just throw some salt in the crock pot when I turn it on, and it's fine. I do think that the rice and pasta portions that come with the meals are on the small side, so I make extra. I ordered probably $200 worth of food in total. I loved their philly cheesesteak dip in Philly at the Reading Terminal Market. My husband does like most of their meals- the New Orleans Braised Beef, pumpkin and apple soup, etc. but when I really look closely at the Nutritional Information, the New Orleans Braised Beef as an example has 18G of Trans fat (I didn't even know food sold had trans fat anymore in this day and age) and over 105% of your daily saturated fat intake. That is insane! I don't think we'll be ordering from them again. We still have yet to try the truffle burgers and brisket fajitas.
I've been ordering from this company for a few years now, and I can honestly say I have never received a bad meal. The quality is consistently between 4 and 5 stars. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are adequate. I usually need to feed six people, and four portions are typically enough. If you have a freezer for storage, this is an easy choice because the meals have a long shelf life. It's a fantastic business with excellent products. Highly recommended!

I consistently have a great experience when ordering online! The delivery of the ready-made "Crock" meals is fast and well-packaged, and I’ve relied on them for the past year. While we’re not fans of duck, we absolutely love this restaurant! The owners are friendly and incredibly focused on customer service. Some of our favorites include the meatballs, chicken pot pie stew, and loaded potato soup.
I first sampled their offerings at Booth's Corner Farmers Market, and everything was delicious and practical. Since then, I’ve sent several orders as gifts for new mothers, and everyone has loved them! I highly recommend this place. I also utilized their donation options. Although our program was affected by COVID-19, I hope to collaborate with them in the future!
While the location is convenient, I’ve been disappointed with everything I’ve ordered from this restaurant. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Beef Bourgogne, and Chicken Pot Pie Stew, and all of them had mediocre quality meat, lacked flavor, and required some tweaks for my husband and me to enjoy them. I don’t plan on returning to sample anything else.
Their foods are delicious. The instructions are easy to follow. They are very friendly and helpful. It makes for a very financially favorable meal option. With an extensive menu covering many eating habits.

The food is ok. But they have misleading advertising on their products to receive and discount plus they try to trick you to purchase something else right after a sale. Horrible customer experience!
The restaurant offers a great variety of food, and the young man who assisted me with choosing different options and portion sizes was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure working with him.
