Whataburger - Réservation de table

I unfortunately had the worst fast food experience today 8/17/23 around 8am. As a Flight Attendant, I am appalled with the unprofessionalism, disorder and crassness by a few of their employees. The line at this establishment when empty, is not as evident to understand especially for someone who 's never been at this airport. I along with other customers got behind a guy who was directly in front of the cash register counter and kindly asked, Are you in line sir? he said yes and just like any other humanbeing, we all single filed behind him. I ordered a banana pudding shake and found something unusual at the bottom. I rinsed it out, but it wouldn't go down the drain. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come and address the issue. When they finally did, I was told that the managers were on a conference call. I will be refunded for the shake, but I won't be returning to this location again.

I always make sure to visit this place at least twice during my yearly trip to see the Dallas Cowboys. The burgers are enormous and absolutely delicious, and the fries are consistently fresh and go perfectly with the spicy ketchup. They also have an amazing banana pudding shake, though I'm not sure if it's a regular menu item.

It's not the most ideal choice at the airport. The food quality is comparable to the cold offerings you would find from a catering service at a baseball game. Réservez une table maintenant

DFW Whataburger: The food was fresh and served quickly. The only downside is those airport prices that can really catch you off guard!

The line for both the self-order kiosk and the cashier was very unclear, and the staff were not friendly or helpful.

This is the worst Whataburger by far. The employees are rude and horrible. The food reflects the employees.

Charged me for a bottle of water I never asked for or got. She didn't repeat the order.
