I requested warm buns, not necessarily toasted, but they ended up squishing my burger. I returned it, and that was resolved. However, I was bothered by persistent flies during the meal. The fly issue is enough for me to decide not to come back. Please address this problem, as it could impact your business.
The managers are irresponsible and treat customers poorly for no reason. All I wanted was to enjoy a meal, not listen to a bunch of children talking. The managers were also arguing with customers. It seems they need to be taught what hospitality really means. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
The service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.
