Ordered 2 sausage biscuits. Girl at window charged more for sausage biscuit egg cheese. She started arguing with me when I tried to explain I only wanted sausage biscuits. Her manager started lecturing me on the correct way to order sausage egg biscuit if I didn't want the cheese. I said i didn't want egg or cheese!! I just want 2 sausage biscuits!! Her manager finally gave the correct order and charged the correct amount with no apologies for the girl getting it wrong.
This is by far the worst whataburger I've been to it always takes forever and the order is always wrong you have to check your bag before you leave and the manager just says I'm sorry that happend but if you want to drive all the way back horrible customer service.The manager is very sarcastic and condescending Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Worked a treat. The Curbside was nice. The Whataburger employee who brought out my order was smiling and very sweet. Going to Whataburger is always a adventure. Bravo Whataburger! I waited 10 minutes in front of the speaker to order. No one greeted me. Last time we went, it took 40 minutes to wait in the drive thru to get a breakfast sandwich. Someone needs to come in from corporate and watch these people. Terrible. When we got home(we live right behind this location) the food was ice cold.
