I placed an online order for curbside pickup through the app, and for the fourth time in a row, my order was incorrect. Three times, they forgot the second patty on my wife's double meat junior burger, and this time, I received the wrong drink. I called to address the issue, and they offered to fix it if I came back, but why would I drive back with gas prices at $3.00 just to rectify their error? They suggested that next time, I should go in and ask for the manager. This completely defeats the purpose of using an app for convenience. I really wish there was a way to report mistakes directly through the app.
