Whataburger - Réserver une table

Mike is an awesome manager and really takes care of his customers. We dined in. Paid for our food, as soon as it was ready, as I carried the tray to our table, I tossed my receipt in the trash can. Unfortunately, our order was not correct and when Ipolitely asked (the first available employee) them to correct it, an employee asked for my receipt, I explained I had justordered approx 4 orders previously not thinking I would need it, tossed my receipt in the trash can. He refused to correct myorder w/o receipt wanted me to dig thru the trashcan to get it. I was appalled as several customers had emptied their trashsince I had tossed my receipt. I asked if Mike was available. Mike had no problem...

The service is slow, but it?s because it?s freshly made. I?m giving 4 stars instead of five because it?s hot and miss on if I wait 8 minutes or 15+ minutes. Every visit is different. At least the food is good consistently.

The only correct item was my grilled chicken sandwich, ordered a sweet and spicy burger and it didn't have the sweet and spicy sauce or the grilled onions, and then I was also missing my fries and cinnamon roll.

Items were missing from my order, and the onion rings were burned. It honestly feels like they don't care about their customers.

I always love Whataburger! However, they did forget the honey butter on my #25 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit this time.
