Whataburger - Réserver une table

Whataburger is always a favorite however....at this location we waited in drive thru for approximately 5 minutes without answer . We were dragging a trailer, so we decided to go inside so the line wouldn't back up more. We went inside to see the crew wasmostly young pet and alot of horseplay. We waited about 10 minutes for food and it was hot and fresh, but my Jalapeno burgerhad HUGE chunks of lettuce they chopped but didn't separate. Getting bites of the burger was losing everything due to 2 inchthick blocks of lettuce in my burger.

Very disappointed. Good thing I checked my bag and noticed they were missing the buffalo, ranch, and spicy ketchup in the bag. If I hadn?t checked I would?ve driven all the way home just to find out I was gonna have to eat chicken and bread.

My biscuits were cold hard staff appeared irritated. Some orders were wrong and customers were mad because they had to correct the order causing more wait time. Staff did not apologize for error or wait time.

Honestly, I loved it here. The people were kind, the fries were delicious, the strawberry shake was amazing, they were certainly generous with the jalapeños haha. 10/10 :

I usually have no problems at whataburger. But this one was terrible. The lines were long, the food took along tike to come out and the burger just didn't taste good.
