I rarely go on about how excellent a dining experience can be, but this Whataburger truly has it all. The customer service is consistently friendly and accommodating. My meal was fantastic, and the fries are among the best I've ever tasted. My burger was served hot, and the vegetables and bun were fresh. I have no complaints at all! Everyone should stop by and give it a try!
I waited in line for over an hour, and there were only four cars in front of me when I arrived. Two of the cars ahead of me left due to the ridiculously long wait time. I could also see several people behind me who left without getting their food. They really need to improve their management and have someone more effective in charge. I would not recommend this place at all.
The drive-thru orders are consistently incorrect. Today, I received one of the number 1 meals, but it didn't come with fries. The last time I went, the item I brought back wasn't even a number 1 like I had ordered; it was some sort of dish with bacon and mayonnaise. It seems like they're not putting in any effort. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this place.
If you want substandard food, poor service, and bad attitudes, this is your place. Fast food? Nah, be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting for the drive-through. This store has been bad for years and every time I decide to try it again, they remind me to stay away and warn others. Réservez une table maintenant
