I generally prefer not to complain, but I did encounter an issue during my visit. The staff was friendly and appeared to be quite busy. I ordered two breakfast Taquitos and two hashbrowns, but when I got home, I found that one of the hashbrowns was missing—I only received one. The Taquitos were just mediocre as well; both lacked cheese. I understand that they were busy, but it was still a bit disappointing.
This restaurant always gets my order right. The food is consistently served hot, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The dining area is always clean and well-kept. It's probably the only fast food place in our area that never messes up orders. I highly recommend it, especially for anyone working late, as it's open 24/7. A great option for a delicious burger!
Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable, although they didn't provide any napkins. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal, but the biscuit fell apart, and the hash brown sticks were just tossed into the bag. I’m from St. Louis, where, unfortunately, Whataburger isn’t available despite what Google might say. I had the opportunity to try it while I was in Alabama, and it was amazing! We really need a location that's open all the time. The burger was fantastic, the fries were fresh, and the banana pudding shake was out of this world!
