Sat in the drive way for an hour. Never even spoke to anyone. Can't leave because it's a single lane entrance. 4 cars ahead of me and 5 behind me. Place advertises 24 hours but it's actually a joke.Update. Another 50 minutes later and I have my food to go. Total time was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Manager said something about a bus and only 3 people running the store, despite there being more than three people behind the counter. Manager was nice and apologetic

Quick and special order. Clean business, bright lights and friendly staff. When you arrive from DFW airport, skip the north and south end attached to the shell gas stations. These two overload and do not treat you very well. Take the extra time and go to Glade and pay the right price and get the service you deserve. Parking: Handicap at the doors and many regular parking spaces. Accessibility: wheelchair ramp and tables.

There were 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled up, 25 min later got my order of a simple combo still missing items, wemt inside to find 2 other people who had their order messed up. Didn't want to wait additional time left without my full order and not even an offer to make it right just a sorry. There's a other location right down the road, we'll worth the drive
