Whataburger - Réservation de table

Very disappointed about this location. Several times ordering from this location, they have been getting my orders wrong. Items that I paid extra for are missing. Things like cheese and ranch or gravy. Recently the evening and night crew have been awful and my recent order was disgusting. No cheese on my burger that I paid for so I had to find a slice of cheese to replace it and PINKNESS IN THE MIDDLE!? No disgusting. When trying to call the location directly no one answered the phone so I was left to call customer service. The guy with customer service said he would take my information down and figure a way for my compensation and I should hear something within 3 to 5 business days from som...

I’ve ordered from this restaurant before, but today’s experience was the worst! First, they forgot my cinnamon roll. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but instead of hash browns, I got fries, which were cold and hard and tasted terrible. The sandwich didn’t have any hash browns, and the sauce was messy. To top it off, the cinnamon roll wasn’t even warmed up; it seemed like it came straight from the freezer. The cashier was also unprofessional, going on about someone in a way that was inappropriate.

3-14-24Going to start time stamping my updates since I try this location every so often to see if it gets better. Well I'd say it's better than last time I went since last time I went wait times were an hour. This time it was 14 minutes from my order to getting my food only for my burger to be cold. I can't recommend this location to people still as the service just hasn't been good in years.

Don't forget to double-check your order before you leave. I've been visiting this Whataburger for several years without any problems, but during my last three visits, they've forgotten items I paid for, messed up my order, or given me something completely different. My relatives have experienced the same issues as well. I've learned my lesson and won't be returning to this Whataburger again. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is good never changes it seems, but the wait is why I give it lower stars. Whataburger has never had fast service at times I feel like I could go to a sit down restaurant and order and eat faster than they prepare the food through drive through. I am also not happy dine-in haa not been open for a long time, but at other locations they offer sit down and eat.

The manager yelled at me from the window for ordering a #1. I will never return to this restaurant. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I plan to contact corporate about this incident. She was extremely rude and demonstrated very poor managerial skills.

This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever visited. The one across town is significantly better in every way. The service here is extremely slow, and the food quality is just mediocre. I wouldn't recommend using the drive-thru... just avoid it altogether.

Love Whataburger and unfortunately I'm leaving Texas. Go for one last Meal and they forget the bacon on my Whataburger. Burger tastes fine otherwise, fries hot and fresh Réservez une table maintenant
