I visited this restaurant after finishing work, primarily because it’s conveniently close to my job. Unfortunately, it took about 20 to 25 minutes for my order to arrive. The staff was not very friendly, and I even found hair in my food. Additionally, they were joking around, saying things like, “As soon as we get everything lined up, more customers will order and mess us up.” Such comments are completely unprofessional. The food itself was not fresh; the fries were cold, and the wings weren’t hot at all. They also messed up my wing seasoning and didn’t pay attention to my order. I placed an order for three burgers and onion rings using the app for pickup. I was given a pickup time of 6:27, but now it’s 6:42, and I still haven’t received my food. This is a recurring issue at the Keller Whataburger whenever we go there. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether we order through the drive-thru, the app, or by calling in; the wait is always excessively long. I don’t understand why the North Tarrant location in NRH doesn’t have this problem. It’s frustrating. The manager really needs to look into what’s going wrong at this store.
