Ordered online for curbside pickup. Pulled up and found the parking lot full and one curbside space open. Another car whips in cutting me off and the driver jumps out and goes inside. OK. Not Whataburgers fault. However, I was finally able to get into a spot and checked in. Now the waiting begins. Almost 30 minutes passes and numerous employees pull up and slowly walk inside. Taking my cue from the other curbside spaces I go inside. There I find no employees at the counter. When I finally do see someone come from the back the other people including the curbside folks are all ahead of me. At this point I realize the curbside means very little and wait in line again. Finally, my turn and now they can't find my order. When they do find it at the drive through window I get my order and head home only to find my food cold having to be reheated. Other than that the food was good but nowhere near the level that whataburger once was.
This place is bad. We waited for more than five minutes before someone even acknowledged us at the drive through.Then while ordering they weren't listening and said I ordered a number 4 and 5 and I said no I ordered a number 1 and 4 and then she said well you said you didn't want it so I canceled it, making it my fault. She also had a tone in her voice I didn't appreciate They need to hire more competent staff.
Never come back to this place. During my last visit I sat in the car ride thirty minutes, with only one car in that time. There is no way to get out of the line when you are in it mainly with both lanes. You screwed up my order, so I went back to get it repaired, the same people were still in line when I left my order.
