Very rude and unprofessional management at this location. Window employee was extremely rude but to top it all off manager Jess was extremely rude not to mention the 30 minutes in line to place my order and another 15 minutes to get to the window only to receive my burger wrong and fries cold. Seems like none of the workers want to be here or work. Same situation happened with my bestfriend in the evening. Managers don’t pay attention to what the workers are doing.Nobody willing to take the right orders. Long wait times on curbside. Whataburger used to be my favorite place to eat. Yesterday, our first and last were stationed. husband and I had to literally wait 20 minutes for our order. to our surprise we were served in take-away bags when the entrance clearly says “Dine-in”. we ate cold burger and pommes, except that the staff was nice and polite. they need little attention!

I paid top dollar for a burger from here tonight different than McDonald's or Wendy's. Freaking cold burger. YUCK. Why come here? Might as well go to burger King. Stop being lazy and get your stuff right. You know this community believes and trusts in you. Your slacking WB Murphy Texas

Love the food but I will say that it depends on the location of the Whataburger...that you will receive good or respectful workers. Also I think We can be a bit pricey.
