we spent only 5 nights in a glamping pod (hobbit hat) me, my man our two dogs and small children. we had a time, the views are phenomenal! the complex has everything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. there are animals that roam freely around the place and it is awesome to see! it is family business the staff was no longer there! all of them really; the two more pure were so friendly. damo was fab, and his mother in the law (sorry we don't her name) good she was great! nothing was too much annoyed, she took my vegan diet without problems; and all our food was fabulous! completely recommend the homemade pizzas! we have our boxes to enjoy again in the hut. they gave us recommendations where we also visit; we have enjoyed our stay and holidays in total. could not recommend this place enough. thanks!
we arrived on Monday for a four-day stay, the young lady who welcomed us was welcoming and friendly. the hobby home was exactly as it looks in photos only happy we are all small, but it hits a tent. eating was nice considering that they have no cooking, one of the hearts that it leads, was all cooking, child and dog friendly, which is perfect for us. I will return definitiw as the place is developed, it will be interesting to see how this place grows.
This is a place for walks, picturesque villages and breathtaking scenery. Wheal Tor has atmosphere to create a picnic mood you desire and a bar in which to cosy up at the end of a day exploring. Tiny little hobbit house, hot teas and a late night conversation with my loved ones... Thank you for making us feel welcome. We can't wait to return!!!
I and my family spent two nights in a hobby house. we had a great time. the staff was very helpful and helped to make a great stay even more pleasant. we had a bbq one night and ate in the restaurant the other. eating was top notch, like the Ale selection. all in all a great experience.
