UPDATED MARCH 26, 2022: This is becoming quite absurd. This location is almost never open. I mentioned three weeks ago that I’ve been struggling for a year to find it open. Their hours are incredibly inconsistent, and the closing time is actually handwritten on the front door with a marker. They aren't even open for four hours a day! And now, on a beautiful Saturday when nearby stores are bustling, they’re closed for “equipment maintenance.” Who closes on a weekend when shoppers come from as far as 100 miles away, even crossing the border from Mexico, j...
I placed an online order and went to the restaurant, only to find it closed. Both Google and the restaurant's website indicated that it was open. I was disappointed because what I had ordered sounded really delicious. On the bright side, customer service processed my refund quickly.
I placed a mobile order and shortly after I was contacted by the store to notify me that they were missing one of the ingredients for one of the sandwiches. Because of their prompt attention, the substituted sandwich was there when I arrived along with a free cookie!

I used to love this place. The menu has changed and I think the quality changed with it. This is my second bad experience here and I will not return for a third.

This place should be called, "Best MO-FO sandwiches! They have everything.

A little caveat I only come here for the lettuce wiches--- they're great and help cut the carbs! They have tons of options to put in your wrap too.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing, particularly from the manager, Orlando. It's really unfortunate.
