Whiskey Rae 's is a little confusing on the outside. On the inside, it is a true bar style restaurant. It had a nice décor. The place had a wide selection of whiskeys and other liquors I had the Agent Orange plus Cheery Potter signature drinks. The Agent Orange was decent. I think they forgot the muddled jalapenos within the drink. Cheery Potter was a good twist. The drink had a extra cherry in it. They were decent prices for the drinks. For dinner I had a the Bourbon Stir-fry and it came with side of House Brisket Chili. House Brisket Chili was okay. It had decent flavor. This was my first time here, and came with some girl friends and my daughter. The service overall was good, however we were all less than impressed with the food. My friend and I ordered steak bites and tho it was cooked perfect and the sauce was good, there was no seasoning or flavor at all. My other friend ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo and she too said there was no seasoning or flavor at all. Another thing that was disappointing was the lack of non-alcoholic beverages. I don’t drink pop or anything super sugary so all that was out and the only other option was water, which is from the bar gun and didn’t taste good at all. It would be nice to have other options. There was a large selection of cocktails and the pricing was reasonable. This Ahi Tuna salad was so good that my friend got and all the food was pretty good. The service was unfortunately pretty slow. It took at least 5 mins for our server to come over when we first got there. Then our food arrived and my food (pulled pork sandwich) had hair in the pulled pork. I found three long pieces but could have been more. Because it took at least another 10 minutes or so for the server to come back over after delivering our food my friends were almost done eating before I could tell the server about it. Visited in Jan and Feb for lunch with family/friends both times. Okay service, a bit slow given there were only maybe 2 other tables on both occasions, and a couple of people at the bar. They were out of some ingredients in Feb, so we had to change our drink/food orders. In Jan, the chicken sandwich tasted really fishy and was a small piece of meat, would not recommend it. Fish/chips and pierogi appetizer are good! Blueberry Thriller is a go-to drink everytime!

Stopped in here after a Friday night football game. They had outstanding food and drinks. The outdoor patio area was really nice. This is an underrated restaurant here in Metro Detroit. They have a huge selection of food on the menu. The staff was super nice. The prices were good. A great place to watch games and eat great food. I highly recommend trying this place out.
We had a fabulous meal and service at Whiskey Ray's last. Our 1st time there! The tortilla soup was awesome, my blackened whitefish was perfect, and the chili was very good as well! We ended the meal with the waffle brownie sundae, . Our server, Clara, was wonderful and attentive! We will be back!!
A little on the loud side but such a cool, quirky place! Chalk boards and decor on every wall, and an easy to read menu. I crave their nachos!!
Great food and really nice renovations! Will definitely be back to try some other menu items. We had the pierogis and bacon wrapped shrimp.

We had good pizza and it was on special, bogo. Nice selection of drafts and bourbons. The wait staff was great.
The food and service is fantastic.Great atmosphere. My wife and I by chance stopped here.What a nice place.
