When we arrived we were told that none of the open table reservations came through to the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant did an excellent job accommodating people with a fairly short wait time. What is the point of the reservation if it doesn’t show up at the restaurant? Valentine’s Day special.
it was the 2nd annual Valentine's Day dinner of my sohnes in white closed. although they did a carhop theme they still did it and it was amazing! I love having this tradition that we have started with my now 17-year-old stepson who now takes his girlfriend to the Valentine's Day of white castle!
We look forward to this annual event every year. The food was fantastic, and our waiter provided excellent service. However, we found that the personal touches were lacking, and the photo wall was poorly positioned.

The host was wonderful, and so was the atmosphere. The staff was attentive, and everyone was genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great experience.
