I haven't had castles in a while, and when a friend said she was stopping by, it peaked a craving that, unfortunately, was a mistake. The cheeseburgers were burnt on the ends and not cooked in the middle with enough pepper to choke a horse. I saw several people pulling over to bring their orders back. I just threw mine in the trash and chalked up the $2.50 spent as a lesson learned. Nothing is as it used to be!
The fish sliders were not good today. The chicken and cheese slider was very dry. The young man at the drive-thru kept saying "like" after everything, which was odd. No one was wearing gloves or hairnets. We asked for no ice in our drinks, but it was still added. The cheeseburgers were not as good as usual. Maybe it was just a bad day, but they can definitely do better. I was disappointed with the experience.
The lil dark female manager served about 10 cars in drive thru and cleared the dining room I was still waiting for someone else order I guess it was personal to have Me waiting I left without the order after all that. This is why I don't do fast food hardly ever anymore. People are just mean for nothing
Today food was okay (Drive thru) Tomorrow or the next day it may be different . It's a toss up depending on what Kids are working,last time they had Kno condiments . Different vibe from W/C on Lindbergh Réservez une table maintenant
I visited the restaurant yesterday morning around 7:30am. The meat I ordered was overcooked and tough, with a dark and crispy exterior. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my meal.
We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before placing our order, then waited an additional 10 minutes before finally receiving our order. Unfortunately, they forgot a part of our order.
This is one of the busiest locations around. Being that I've always received fast friendly service and great food. Some of the best smoothies hight suggest trying one.
The line was really long but moved quickly. My order was correct. Clerk was obviously overworked. Needs more staff. Réservez une table maintenant
Fries were cold n taste old and stale burger was cold
