Unfortunately, the personal was not prepared at all to do table service. we had 6:00 o'clock reservations and were there on time. we sat immediately as there were very few people. the server took our orders at 18:20 o'clock. at 19:15 we hadn't got our food yet. we went 2 times forward to see the problem. we went for her Valentine's Day experience. we had a reservation of 8:00 o'clock. when we were there, no one greeted us and no one served the tables. After we had to wait 10 minutes, we asked ourselves at the desk whether someone worked the floor and we didn't say it. if we wanted to eat, we would have been on the long line at the desk. the woman in front of me had a 7:00 book and waited for her to eat. the whole point of going to the white lock on valentine days is the fun to do so that it is fine eating. this white castle was chaos without control. we went and went to white, they were much better and sat on a table. they need to do with the management in this white castle and they will do...
the doorman and the manager went above and beyond . they where friendly. nice eating was hot. the place was beautiful she decorated it beautiful. the candles. flowers it was very romantic. they even made space for my tante and their children, as extras the place deserves 5 stars. and I will re-book for the next valentinstag I hope to get the same crew they where nice friendly and very welcoming
was okay, covid played a roll, why it wasn't so great this year. Usually valentines in white castle is fun and chess at the same time. in this year they get a past because what goes on the world. Hopefully, next year it will be normal fun and cheating again.
