I had a great experience at this unique White Castle restaurant, but this time I ordered my food for pickup through DoorDash and they did not give me all of my order. They also refused to offer me a refund, so I had to go through DoorDash to get my money back. Unfortunately, they did not refund me my money either. I am very disappointed with both White Castle. I have learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again.
The line was a bit long, but they were one of the few places open at that hour. The line moved quickly and the staff was friendly. The food was fresh and hot! Overall, it was a great spot to grab a bite after a late concert.
I always make a point to stop at this location. The staff is consistently friendly and service is quick! Since I no longer live near any castles, I ensure to visit this place every time I travel up north.
The restaurant was excellent, and I even asked if my dog could have a tasty treat! I am happy to see that some restaurants have good employees working again. Réservez une table maintenant
Super unfriendly whole time I have my guard up nobody was in there but me and the employees not a good place
They don't have brew tea they've now got it out of the fountain for the last couple months. Awful tasty!
Burgers were lukewarm and not thoroughly cooked. Attendee at drive thru window hands were filthy!
