It’s my 2nd time coming to this place. I thought the first time was just a bad timing and day. Turns out people in here work super slow. I waited in that drive thru for over 30 minutes. It’s insane and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. The female in the drive thru had a attitude and the one making sandwiches was scratching her head with no gloves on and still touching the food.
Love them sliders from White Castles! Would have gave him a fifth star but they forgot my ketchup and mustard this is like the second time it's happened no big deal but does make a difference if that's been sitting on there for a while it gets a chance to marinate with that meat and the onions. But all in all pretty good had to put my own on
The employees are nice and friendly helping me with an order that was wrong which thankfully did not end in a he said she said debate. The other reason I'm writing this is because those 1921s are like my main reason on going back to white castle they are so much better than the original slider.
I do not live in an area where this chain exists. The food was good. “You only gave 2 stars?” Besides the hotel I am inside, I have been 3 places since leaving. After calling the other 2 places, I tried to learn if I left my wallet here. The call was ended by the other person. Réservez une table maintenant
Great customer service. Very polite to every car, and made sure to repeat the orders back to ensure the correctness. Even at late at night. Oscar the cook. Sharon. Leticia. Great energy. PLEASE KEEP THEM! Appreciate them, I'm a manager and WISH I had a staff like them!
Waited 30 minutes,they are very lazy here, doesn't matter if you order a Mac n cheese bite or a fountain drink,u can expect take over 30 minutes no matter what,I'm surprised this place hasn't closed down
In the drive thru you all just told me you no longer have the 10 sack/10 sliders… im looking at it on the menu. Fail....just to keep the line moving.
Food was fresh, hot, and well put together, not sloppy. The time in the drive-thru was a little long but not too bad. Réservez une table maintenant
