I eat here a lot, but I recently stop because they recently hired a girl who doesn't haveanners and respect. Minis that it now takes too long to get your food ready and the are no one waiting. So, I came and ordered my breakfast and I was the only customer in line. I placed my first order and was in the middle of ordering the second and this girl just cut me off and gave me the wrong g other. I got to the window and I explained to this nice lady at the window what happened and she told me every customer complains about this particular employee. We paid for our food through the White Castle app. Which means our food should be ready to just pick up and go. The door was locked and they told us to go through the drive-thru. Why do I have to go through the drive when our food should be ready? The point of ordering through the app is to pick up and go. So we had to wait 40 mins to get food order about an hour ago. If you want White Castle, don’t go to this one. Drive the extra miles. This place is no good.Update:Makes things worse. We get to the window and the young lady has an attitude. I actually didn't have the greatest experience on this place. I mean, it was terrible. but I give him four stars, because the guidance on this day has done everything to make it better. and he did it better. because of his good customer service, I will keep the negative things for me. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he's a short darker skin brother. very nice and patient. vegetarian options: they have impossible burger and veggie burger. pretty good.

visited at 2:00 o'clock . it took forever to move the line, they seem to work two or three people there, so I don't understand what it took so long, my good ticket expired before I could get into the window to the person who took the command in the food, only seemed to show that this time subpar. if you know and the white lock like I love. this is part of the standard Wihite Castle experience, with the exception of the part of the food subpar. that's a fuke. Don't ever go to this location again. I ordered medium fish niblers and I got a small friggin box which is the size of a slider. The same goes for my chicken rings. Poor customer service and shady as hell. I would rate negative infinity if possible. I'm also deleting the white castle app. No mote white castle for the rest of my life.

Drive through stopped taking orders at 1:50am, but resturaunt doesn't close until 2am. Rushed here after work for no reason. Usually cone here a few days a week after work, but i won't bother waiting my time anymore.

my mozzarella sticks weren't even made all the way away. my chicken and cheese sandwiches were thrown together and didn't even give me my recipe as I asked. probably not coming back

I went there on July 2 and ordered impossible cheese burgers. Why did they put plain burgers at the bottom of the bag. What a WOW moment when you live 20 minutes away. Réservez une table maintenant

if you are looking for a good service, look elsewhere. they will tell them that they have never received their orders, even if they were accused.
